Frequently Asked Questions.

  1. When will I receive my order?

- Please allow one full business day after the order is placed for processing.  For example, if you place your order on Tuesday you would receive your tracking number on Wednesday. 

- If you select standard shipping please allow up to five business days from the date that your tracking number was received to receive your products. Most products arrive within four Business days from the date the tracking number was provided. 

- If you select two-day shipping please allow up to two business days from the date that your tracking number was received to receive your products. 

- Business days are Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are not processed until Monday. 

 

Please Note: On-time product arrival may be delayed due to carrier delays. We appreciate your patience during this time.

     

 2) How do I return my products?

           - Due to the Novel Covid-19 virus ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We are not accepting any returns or exchanges.

 

 3) I am satisfied not with my product, how do I make a complaint?
